Responsibilities

You Will . . .

Produce and facilitate high-quality, hard-skill solutions, encompassing live and virtual broadcasts, curriculum development, transfer of training materials, and learning transfer strategies
Conduct service broadcasts for Commercial, Termite, and Residential Service training for new hires
Meet and exceed customer expectations in the services and solutions we provide
Liaise with other Rollins Departments and Brand teams to optimize training resources and foster collaboration
Be an active member of the Learning and Development team
Facilitate Tours of the Learning Center
Advise and support scheduling production events in the studio and Learning Center
Demonstrates strong self-management skills, ensuring completion of tasks within deadlines
Assist train-the-trainer classes, super-user classes, and/or end-user classes
Complete projects on time and on budget
Respond to customer requests in a timely manner
Be prepared for all training and meetings
Perform other related duties as assigned
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement for broadcasts and production

Qualifications

The Experience You Will Bring (Minimum Requirements):

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
Minimum two years working in a large, complex organization
Relevant business experience in a related field
Ability to contribute to blended learning solutions effectively
In-studio and field production
Editing skills in Premier or Final Cut (preferred)
Learning and development experience in delivering or designing training a plus
Knowledge of Pest Control Industry (Not a required, but a plus)

Physical Demands / Working Environment:

We require the ability to pass a drug screen and background checks. Candidates must have the ability to perform the requirements of the job with or without accommodations.
