Responsibilities
- Assess training needs and develop tailored training programs for both in-house staff and freelancers
- Design engaging and effective training materials, workshops, and e-learning modules
- Facilitate training sessions in various formats, including in-person, virtual, and hybrid
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as necessary
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure training aligns with organizational goals and values
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in training and development
- Support the onboarding process for new hires by providing relevant training resources
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Training and Development Manager or similar role within a recruitment agency or service-oriented organization
- Strong background in instructional design and adult learning principles
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; proficiency in additional European languages is a plus
- Ability to assess training needs and manage multiple training initiatives simultaneously
- Demonstrated expertise in developing training materials and utilizing various training delivery methods
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate training program effectiveness and ROI
- Proficient in using learning management systems (LMS) and other training software
