KORRES is looking for a dynamic, self-motivated
Payroll & Benefits Officer to join our HR Team. You will be working in a challenging international environment which embraces continuous learning and growth alongside a dynamic team of experienced professionals.
Responsibilities:
- Support payroll preparation and labor law requirements (ERGANI Program, SCAN HRMS etc.)
- Support day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties
- Maintain digital and electronic records of employees according to legal requirements
- Responding to employee inquiries related to payroll and benefits and resolving any issues or discrepancies
- Managing employee benefits programs, including health insurance, and other benefits packages
Benefits
- University Degree in a relevant field
- Master's Degree in Human Resources would be considered an asset
- 1 year of experience in HR Assistant or Generalist role
- Excellent knowledge of English
- Attention to detail
- Knowldge of Scan HRMS would be an asset
- Great communication, interpersonal and networking skills with internal & external stakeholders
