JOB/PROFILE
Engages with clients (multinational and large Greek organizations) to help implementing change projects and increasing people effectiveness through skills development. Responsibilities
- Delivers training courses to attain learning objectives, mainly in the area of management, leadership and sales effectiveness
- Apply specific method and adult learning principles, as defined by the company
- Participate in designing new training programs & material (content)
- Participate in client calls and business development meetings
- Participate in structuring and presenting proposals to clients
- Responsible for organizing training projects and managing the relationship with clients
- Keep current on new knowledge, industry trends and customer training needs
- Participate in internal academies to acquire new knowledge on products and training methods
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree is required
- Master's degree strongly preferred
- Minimum of 5 years professional experience in management role
- Prior experience in consulting strongly desired
- Experience in client-facing roles in B2B, preferably in services
- Excellent command of English language
- Must be willing to travel within Greece or abroad as needed for customer work
