- Proficiency in English (C1 level or higher), with exceptional communication and presentation skills
- A strong background in customer support, training, or teaching
- Passion for learning and a knack for making complex topics clear and engaging

- Manage and update our knowledge base, ensuring information is accurate, accessible, and up-to-date
- Collaborate with product, support, and compliance teams to translate updates into user-friendly training materials
- Create a variety of support resources, from FAQs to troubleshooting guides, tailored to diverse audiences
- Continuously improve training and knowledge materials through feedback and performance analysis
