👀 What We Are Looking For

Proficiency in English (C1 level or higher), with exceptional communication and presentation skills
A strong background in customer support, training, or teaching
Passion for learning and a knack for making complex topics clear and engaging

Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs to onboard and upskill team members and partners
Manage and update our knowledge base, ensuring information is accurate, accessible, and up-to-date
Collaborate with product, support, and compliance teams to translate updates into user-friendly training materials
Create a variety of support resources, from FAQs to troubleshooting guides, tailored to diverse audiences
Continuously improve training and knowledge materials through feedback and performance analysis
