Job Title: Learning & Engagement Partner

Required:
· Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources/Business Administration or any relevant field OR Diploma in relevant field with 3 years of additional experience.
Preferably with Master's degree or equivalent in Human Resources/Business Administration or a relevant field +10 years of pharmacy practice in tertiary care hospitals.
· 4-6 of experience in learning & development, focusing on training delivery.
· Demonstrated experience in implementing employee engagement initiatives, including team-building activities, recognition programs, and feedback channels.
· Experience in pharma retail industry.
· Requires demonstrated good analytical skills, problem solving, customer service, Good communication skills.
· Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel and Word required.
· Proficiency in developing and delivering training programs using various methodologies (in-person, online, hybrid).
· Experience with e-learning platforms, digital learning tools, and instructional design software.
· Fluency in both Arabic and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
· Strong project management skills to plan, execute, and track training and engagement initiatives.
· Ability to meet goals and deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
Learning & Development
· Training Design & Delivery: Develop and deliver effective training programs to support the continuous development of employees in the pharma retail sector. This includes creating curricula that address both technical and soft skills, ensuring alignment with business goals and industry regulations.
· Needs Assessment: Conduct regular needs analyses to identify gaps in employee skills and knowledge. Based on findings, design customized learning solutions to address identified gaps.
· Bilingual Facilitation: Facilitate training sessions in both Arabic and English, ensuring content is accessible and understandable by a diverse workforce.
· Development of Learning Materials: Create comprehensive training materials, including manuals, guides, presentations, and e-learning modules, to support training initiatives.
· Evaluation & Improvement: Continuously assess the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, evaluations, and performance metrics. Make improvements based on data-driven insights.
· Collaboration with Stakeholders: Work closely with department heads, HR, and The Life Corner representatives to ensure training initiatives align with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
· Coaching & Mentoring: Provide ongoing support to employees, helping them apply the knowledge and skills gained through training programs in their day-to-day roles.
· Staying Updated: Stay informed on the latest trends and developments in the pharmaceutical industry, learning methodologies, and regulatory requirements to ensure programs remain relevant and up to date.
Employee Engagement
· Engagement Programs: Design and implement employee engagement programs to foster a positive and motivated work environment. This includes organizing workshops, team-building activities, and recognition programs to enhance overall employee satisfaction and retention.
· Employee Feedback & Well-being: Develop channels to gather feedback from employees and assess their engagement levels. Based on findings, recommend and implement improvements to maintain high morale and employee well-being.
· Culture Building: Work on initiatives to build and sustain a strong corporate culture aligned with The Life Corner’s values and strategic goals.
· Recognition Programs: Develop and manage recognition programs to celebrate employee achievements and contributions, promoting a sense of accomplishment and belonging within the team.
· Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with HR and other department leads to align engagement initiatives with overall HR strategies, and ensure seamless integration with training and development programs.
Reporting
· Producing, coordinating and participating in the preparation of monthly/yearly reports, plans and any other related HR reports.
· Producing Human Resources informatics/statistical analysis report as required.
Contributing to team effort
· Collaborate with colleagues in cross-functional projects to achieve common goals, ensuring that training and engagement initiatives are aligned with broader company objectives.
· Actively participate in team meetings, providing constructive feedback and sharing insights to continuously improve team efficiency and program quality.
Complying with Policies, Procedures and Practices of the TLC and other regulatory requirements
· Ensure all training programs and engagement activities comply with The Life Corner’s policies, procedures, and relevant regulatory requirements.
· Stay updated on and adhere to industry regulations and standards, ensuring that all learning and development initiatives are in full compliance.
Maintaining Confidentiality
· Handle all employee records, training evaluations, and sensitive business information with the utmost confidentiality, respecting privacy laws and company policies.
· Ensure secure storage and restricted access to confidential documents related to learning and development programs.
Promoting Customer Service Standards
· Embed a culture of excellent customer service within training programs by developing training content that highlights customer-centric values and practices.
· Monitor and evaluate the impact of training programs on the customer experience and implement improvements as necessary.
Ensuring Personal Effectiveness
· Manage time and resources effectively to meet training and engagement program deadlines while maintaining high-quality deliverables.
· Take ownership of personal development by actively seeking learning opportunities to improve skills and knowledge relevant to the role.
· Complying with any regulations related to mentoring, training, development of UAE nationals staff.
