Essential Duties, Functions and/or Responsibilities:
- Interview prospective team members and assist with making a hiring decision for Hybrid Sales Representatives.
- Proctor and mentor Hybrid Sales new hires through a structured training curriculum.
- Collaborate with sales leadership and talent development team providing timely feedback, and successes, opportunities and concerns of the new hire’s performance.
- Facilitate instructor led training sessions virtually and in person, when necessary.
- Usher new hire through company acclimation process being the first line of defense in answering questions, coaching and adapting skills prior to full integration with designated sales team. Track and review timely curriculum completion events and follow up as needed.
- Identify learning gaps that emerge from assigned learning events and provide supplemental training as needed.
- Monitor and report training program effectiveness and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Build and sustain relationships using interpersonal skills and communication methods to build constructive relationships with customers, business units, service organizations and other stakeholders to meet shared goals and objectives.
- Contribute to the team's success by demonstrating cooperation and collaboration while supporting a unified team environment.
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
- High school degree required, bachelor's degree in business, education, communication or related field preferred.
- Preferred experience with course development in Rise.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Strong work ethic and ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.
- Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards.
