For our client, we are looking for a Learning & Development Specialist - AI Adoption who will play a key role in driving AI literacy and digital skills development across the organization.
Tasks:
- Create and update practical learning content on AI literacy, responsible AI, prompting, digital tools and role-relevant use cases.
- Convert expert input into clear presentations, guides, videos, learning pathways and performance-support materials.
- Manage Digital Upskilling Hub content, including publishing, tagging, navigation, quality checks and version control.
- Curate internal and external resources; identify outdated, duplicated or missing content.
- Coordinate SME reviews, approvals, translations and delivery handovers.
- Support learning campaigns, events, communities and adoption communications.
- Monitor participation, learner feedback and content usage; recommend improvements.
- Maintain delivery plans, content inventories, templates and governance records.
Must-have Skills:
- Instructional design und L&D experience
- Fluent business English
- Organised and delivery-focused
- Works effectively across countries and stakeholder groups
- Interested in AI, digital learning and emerging technology
- Manages changing priorities with care and sound judgement
- Strong PowerPoint and Microsoft 365 capability
- High digital affinity and flexibility
- Confidence working with subject-matter experts and structured feedback.
Desired Skills:
- Experience in digital learning, instructional design, content development, learning operations or knowledge management.
- Strong writing, editing and visual storytelling skills.
- Ability to simplify technical AI and digital topics for different audiences.
- Working knowledge of AI literacy, responsible AI, prompting and digital-tool adoption.
- Experience managing content in a learning platform, intranet, SharePoint or similar hub.
- Good project coordination, stakeholder management and quality-assurance skills.
- Ability to use learner feedback and basic analytics to improve content and experience.
Possibility to work in hybrid working model or fully remotely.
