What You'll Do
- Design, develop, and facilitate engaging training programs for onboarding, banking operations, lending, products, services, and employee development
- Create instructional materials including e-learning modules, presentations, videos, job aids, surveys, and facilitator guides.
- Deliver both in-person and virtual training sessions that support employee performance and career growth.
- Analyze training effectiveness using reporting, learner feedback, completion metrics, retention data, promotion outcomes, and ROI.
- Manage and optimize the Learning Management System (LMS) and training databases.
- Partner with leaders to identify learning needs and recommend innovative development solutions.
- Keep training content current, compliant, and aligned with organizational goals.
- Coordinate training logistics, resources, and vendor-supported learning opportunities.

Must-Have Qualifications
- Minimum five (5) years’ financial institution job experience
- Minimum two (2) years’ experience training/coaching adult learners
- Experience with Learning Management Systems, preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Power Point, Excel, and Internet use
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
