Summary of Position
This individual will help drive a culture of organizational learning and development focused on leadership development, performance management and technical excellence. Responsible for supporting training throughout the organization, including identifying training needs, collaborating with cross-functional subject matter experts to design and develop training materials, implementing programs and maintaining accurate records.

Essential Job Duties

Assists in developing training materials, including presentations, handouts and e-learning modules, collaborating with subject matter experts and stakeholders.
Oversees learning & development program implementation, tracking results, and making recommendations for continuous improvement.
Creates, maintains, and ensures accurate and up-to-date training records. Handles logistics related to training, including maintenance, user support and updates via HRIS and LMS.
Manages internal training site, Imbibe University, ensuring organization and updates.
Organizes training sessions, workshops, and seminars. Manages schedules, conference rooms, and resources.
Supports onboarding process and facilitates new hire training with employees.
Coordinates internship programs within the organization.
Assists with HR projects including employee recognition, performance management, benefits, employee engagement.
Assists with recruiting coordination including scheduling meetings and interviews, reviewing resumes and following up with candidates.
Coordinates internship programs within the organization.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education or related field.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR administration, Learning & Development and/or Instructional Design
Strong attention to detail in context of HR systems and processes
Exceptional judgement and prior professional experience in maintaining strict confidentiality.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel PowerPoint, Outlook).
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to remain in a stationary sitting position 75% of the time
Ability to communicate information and exchange ideas with high attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to observe details at close range.
