Our client, a global organization in the industry sector, is seeking a Workday Learning Consultant to join their team. As a Workday Learning Consultant, you will be part of the Learning and Development department supporting enterprise-wide initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, analytical thinking, adaptability, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

Serve as the full-time Learning Architect for a global implementation of Workday Learning.
Lead the design and architecture of Workday Learning solutions to support business objectives, user needs, and enterprise learning strategies.
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to define requirements, configure scalable learning processes, and support end-to-end implementation activities.
Provide expertise in Workday Learning functionality, best practices, and solution design throughout the implementation lifecycle.
Drive transformation initiatives by aligning learning technology capabilities with organizational change and process improvement goals.

What's Needed?

Bachelor's degree in an appropriate field from an accredited college/university preferred.
Workday Learning certification is preferred, but proven Workday Learning experience is required.
Strong verbal, documentation, and analytical skills.
Prior experience leading or supporting Workday Learning implementations.
Demonstrated experience in transformation programs, including process redesign, change enablement, and large-scale system adoption.
