Security Learning & Capability Specialist | South Netherlands | 12 Month Rolling Contract | €85 Per Hour
I'm partnering with a global technology organisation that is investing heavily in cyber security, risk management and organisational capability development.
They're looking for an experienced Learning & Development Specialist to design, build and evolve a learning ecosystem focused on security, risk and compliance topics across a complex international environment.
This is a strategic assignment with significant autonomy, giving you the opportunity to shape learning initiatives that drive measurable improvements in organisational capability and awareness.
What you'll be doing:
- Designing and delivering learning solutions across cyber security, risk and compliance domains
- Creating engaging training content across classroom, virtual, blended and digital learning formats
- Managing a learning portfolio, including prioritisation, roadmap development and lifecycle management
- Establishing frameworks to measure learning effectiveness, engagement and business impact
- Producing regular reporting and insights based on learning data and performance metrics
- Driving continuous improvement through stakeholder feedback and evaluation outcomes
- Collaborating with business leaders, SMEs and external partners to ensure learning initiatives align with organisational objectives
What you'll bring:
- Strong Learning & Development experience within large, complex and technology-driven organisations
- Experience designing and delivering enterprise learning programmes from concept through to adoption
- Knowledge of learning measurement, analytics and performance reporting
- Experience with modern learning technologies, digital content platforms and learning management systems
- Ability to engage effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience supporting cyber security, risk, compliance or technology functions would be advantageous
