Background: Seven or more years of professional experience in Learning and Development, HR, People and Culture, talent, recruitment, organisational development, coaching, consulting or leadership.
Professional capability: Strong presentation, communication, relationship-building and interpersonal consultation skills.
Mindset: Self-motivated, coachable and comfortable taking responsibility for personal activity and results.
Leadership maturity: Able to work independently, follow an established process and communicate with experienced professionals.
Career direction: Seeking greater autonomy, flexibility and ownership without discarding the experience already built.
Commercial outlook: Open to developing professional outreach, client engagement and business development capabilities.
