Strategic Partnership Opportunity
To accelerate the delivery of learning and development initiatives while maintaining strategic ownership internally, our client will establish a partnership with a best-in-class Learning & Development (L&D) firm.
Operating Model The partnership will be designed so that our client owns the learning strategy, priorities, curriculum roadmap, and business outcomes, while the external L&D partner serves as an extension of the team by designing and delivering high-quality learning experiences, including both content design and program delivery.
Our Client Responsibilities
- Define the enterprise learning strategy and annual roadmap.
- Identify business priorities and capability gaps.
- Set curriculum, leadership expectations, and success metrics.
- Own governance, program evaluation, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure all learning aligns with the organization's culture, values, and business objectives.
L&D Partner Responsibilities
- Design engaging learning content and participant materials.
- Facilitate instructor-led and virtual training sessions.
- Develop e-learning, toolkits, job aids, and learning resources.
- Provide subject matter expertise in leadership, professional skills, resilience, coaching, and adult learning.
- Measure learner engagement and provide program feedback and recommendations.
Model
- Brings world-class instructional design and facilitation expertise without increasing internal headcount.
- Enables faster rollout of learning and development initiatives.
- Provides scalable learning experiences across all business functions.
- Keeps strategic ownership, culture, and business priorities within our client while leveraging external expertise for execution.
- Creates a flexible model that can expand as the organization grows.
