Our Trusted Connectivity business unit delivers solutions for the Telecommunications and IoT markets, including SIM Cards, eSIMs, Subscription Management platforms, and secure connectivity services, ensuring interoperability and enabling secure connections between people, companies, and objects worldwide.
We are looking for a people-oriented Talent Development Specialist to support the evolution of organizational capabilities, leadership effectiveness, and talent development in a fast-growing international technology environment. This role contributes to how the organization builds skills, develops leaders, and strengthens key capabilities aligned with business priorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Support capability building initiatives aligned with business strategy and organizational priorities.
- Identify skill, leadership, and organizational gaps and support action plans to address them.
- Contribute to organizational transformation initiatives, ensuring adoption and practical implementation
- Support development frameworks that strengthen critical capabilities and behaviors
- Contribute to career frameworks and internal mobility structures
- Coordinate learning initiatives embedded in daily work and continuous development
- Assist in the coordination of learning programs and development activities
- Manage performance processes, including behavioral and values-based components
- Contribute to goal-setting aligned with strategy and culture
- Promote feedback culture based on transparency and development
- Support the link between performance, development, and talent decisions
- Coordinate the development of a learning ecosystem aligned with organizational needs
- Encourage knowledge sharing and collaboration across teams
- Support external learning partners when needed
- Support the People team in additional projects and operational priorities as needed, contributing with flexibility and collaboration in a fast-paced and evolving environment.

Profile Expectations
- Strong collaboration and teamwork across People and business functions

What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years of experience in Talent Development, Learning, Organizational Development, or HR-related roles.
- Experience in the design and implementation of talent development strategies, including performance management programs, career paths, and succession planning.
- Proven involvement in leadership development and organizational culture initiatives, contributing to employee retention and the growth of key talent.
- Ability to combine strategic vision with a people-oriented approach, driving engagement and supporting organizational transformation.
- Experience in capability building, learning design, or transformation initiatives.
- Agile methodology knowledge or experience working in Agile environments is highly valued.
- Knowledge of learning, development, and performance frameworks.
- Familiarity with LMS or learning systems is a plus.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Curiosity, adaptability, growth mindset, ownership, and accountability.
- Advanced English required.
