About the Role
The Learning & Development / Culture Manager will be responsible for designing, promoting, and implementing the learning, development, and organizational culture strategy for the AB Living Group, ensuring that the growth of individuals accompanies the growth of the business and maintains the standards of excellence that characterize the experience within the group.
From a corporate position, the role will have the mission of developing internal talent, strengthening the organizational culture, and promoting an employee experience aligned with the company's values, ensuring that all teams, in different markets, share the same understanding of service, hospitality, and care.
The position will combine strategic vision with execution skills, leading training initiatives, leadership development, cultural programs, and organizational transformation projects that reinforce the group's identity and prepare the organization for international expansion.
The ideal professional will be able to translate AB Living's culture into learning experiences, development programs, and behaviors that drive operational excellence and team commitment.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement the global Learning & Development strategy aligned with the group's strategic objectives.
- Develop training and talent development programs for all levels of the organization.
- Design initiatives that reinforce SHA's corporate culture and values in all markets.
- Lead leadership development programs for managers and future leaders of the organization.
- Identify training needs through organizational diagnostics and competency analysis.
- Design learning pathways and professional development plans for different groups within the company.
- Promote onboarding and organizational culture programs that ensure excellent integration of new employees.
- Design and coordinate employee engagement and employee experience initiatives.
- Implement innovative learning tools and methodologies (learning journeys, microlearning, blended learning, etc.).
- Measure the impact of training programs using learning and development KPIs.
- Collaborate with business leaders and area managers to ensure that talent development is aligned with business needs.
- Contribute to building a solid, consistent organizational culture aligned with the group's values.
- Comply with all Information Security policies and processes.
Qualifications
- University degree in Psychology, Education, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, or Organizational Culture.
- Experience designing and implementing training and leadership development programs.
- Experience working in international or multicultural environments.
- Experience in sectors such as hospitality, luxury, wellness, healthcare, or premium services will be valued.
- Experience managing cultural transformation or organizational development projects.
- High level of English (C1/C2) essential. Knowledge of other languages will be considered an advantage.
