Job Description
As a Digital Training Developer for Nokia you will be an integral part of our IP and Network Automation, Knowledge Services Team, based in Athens, Greece. Your primary role is to develop best-in-class e-learning content to support our cutting-edge IP and NSP products. As part of a dynamic, global team you will work closely with subject matter experts to create learning content to support our internal and external customers that aligns with our company's high standards.
How You Will Contribute And What You Will Learn
- Collaboration with subject matter experts on e-learning courseware development
- Storyboarding techniques to plan and structure e-learning content
- Transform complex technical concepts into engaging, interactive learning experiences.
- Ensure content is accessible across various devices and platforms, following digital learning best practices and adult education principles
- Creation of polished videos for YouTube and other platforms using rough video samples and audio scripts provided by subject matter experts
- Ability to take instructor-led training courses and work with subject matter experts to produce e-learning versions.
- Create needs assessments
- Research new learning technologies and methodologies (AI) to keep our training offerings fresh, engaging, and impactful.
- Experience in testing and integrating AI solutions into training development processes.
Key Skills And Experience
You have:
- College diploma in interactive media design, instructional design, information technology or related discipline
- 5 + years of experience creating e-learning content and videos using tools such as Articulate Rise 360, Articulate Storyline, iSpring, WellSaid, Camtasia, Canva, Vyond, Audacity, etc.
- Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Able to work independently, but also collaboratively with Subject Matter Experts
- Excellent business acumen (?), written and verbal communication skills
- Fluency in English is required
- A passion for problem solving and attention to detail
- A passion for education and knowledge sharing
- Willingness to learn new tools, technologies, and industry trends and evolve with feedback and changing project needs.
It would be nice if you also had:
- Knowledge of Nokia Network Services Platform, Nokia IP and Data Center products, or Nokia Fixed Network products
- Knowledge of IP Networking
- Relevant work experience with a telecommunications equipment vendor or service provider is an asset.
- Relevant industry certifications
- Experience or exposure to instructional design principles (e.g., ADDIE, Bloom’s Taxonomy) and storyboarding for creating structured, learner-centered e-learning content.
