Role Overview
We are looking for a Digital Learning & Training Coordinator (Junior) for our client. In this role, you will support the design and delivery of engaging learning experiences, create training materials and presentations, facilitate workshops, and contribute to customer-facing learning initiatives. You will also assist in the development and maintenance of digital learning platforms. The ideal candidate is communicative, creative, customer-oriented, and passionate about helping others learn and grow.
What you will be doing
- Create engaging presentations, training materials, guides, and learning resources
- Deliver training sessions, workshops, and onboarding programs for customers and internal stakeholders
- Support customer-facing learning initiatives and ensure a positive learning experience
- Assist in the development, administration, and continuous improvement of digital learning platforms
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify learning needs and develop appropriate training solutions
- Monitor training effectiveness and gather feedback to enhance learning programs
- Organize and coordinate training schedules, materials, and learning activities
- Support the integration and use of digital learning technologies and tools
- Utilize AI-powered tools to enhance content creation and learning experiences
- Maintain accurate documentation of training content, learning records, and related processes
- Stay up to date with learning and development trends, methodologies, and best practices
What will you bring
- Degree in Education, Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, Psychology, or a related field
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
- Basic knowledge of AI tools and digital technologies is considered an advantage
- Creative mindset with the ability to design engaging learning materials
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Customer-oriented approach with a positive and professional attitude
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively
- Eagerness to learn, develop new skills, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
- Previous experience in training, learning & development, customer support, or education is a plus but not required, as full training will be provided
- Proactive, collaborative, and enthusiastic team player with a passion for learning and development
