Are you an experienced Learning & Development expert who enjoys variety, partnership and making a real impact?
We're looking for someone to deliver across the full learning and development lifecycle and get excited by the opportunity to shape learning in a changing organisation.
You'll work across a broad range of learning initiatives as priorities evolve—from supporting business transformation and designing development programmes to refining capability frameworks, enhancing onboarding and creating practical learning solutions that help colleagues thrive.
You'll love partnering with stakeholders, understanding business needs and turning them into engaging, measurable learning experiences. Whether you're consulting with leaders, designing and facilitating workshops, developing talent programmes or using data to evaluate success, you'll know how to deliver solutions that make a difference.
You'll be joining a small, collaborative People & Culture team where everyone pitches in, shares ideas and supports one another.
