We are partnering with a leisure and hospitality operator who have significant private equity backing. Now is a really exciting time to join the organisation, as they have really ambitious plans for growth.
They are looking to appoint a L & D and Talent Manager who will have full ownership of the function and significant autonomy. L & D is the core focus of this role with their ambition of creating an industry leading function with clear progression paths for every role. It will also be responsible for transforming the end to end Talent Management process from attraction right through to long term employee engagement. The CEO is passionate about developing internal talent and commitment to L & D is high across the leadership team.
They are specifically interested in appointing a senior leader from the hospitality, leisure or retail sector, who will understand the pace that their business operates at and the operational complexity. This role requires a dynamic, passionate individual who wants to play a key role within a high growth business and sector.
For transparency, the package includes a salary of up to £70k, plus bonus.
