We’re looking for someone who is a part CCAB qualified Accounting Member or equivalent with the ability and drive to deliver high-quality management accounting work.

The Assistant Management Accountant will support both the Senior Management Accountant and Senior Finance Business Partners, acting as the main point of contact for several Directorates and ensuring that financial reporting systems and processes are efficient and effective. The role requires a commitment to personal development and study, alongside delivering high-quality financial reports in a timely manner.
The Main Duties Of The Job Will Be
- The production of accurate and timely financial information, including monthly performance reports and analyses and detailed forecasting.
- Providing proactive and responsive support to stakeholders across several Directorates as well as colleagues in the Finance team.
- Designing and maintaining systems and reporting tools, including those that enable accurate tracking and forecasting.
- Leading regular meetings with budget holders to review their financial position and outturn, where necessary advising on the causes and possible options to assist budget holders in managing their position.
- To build and maintain effective and collaborative working relationships throughout the Institute and with stakeholders.
The Finance, Corporate and Commercial (FCC) Directorate delivers essential services that keep NICE running efficiently and effectively. The Financial Planning & Analysis (“FP&A”) Team in Finance provides support to across NICE throughout the budget lifecycle: from short to long-term financial planning, spend and budget tracking, forecasting, providing analysis and insights and delivers a range of user-focussed financial reporting.
