Global Media and Advertising firm is seeking a Director of Global Learning and Development to join their hands-on and dynamic team. In this role, you will report to the VP and SVP of Global L&D, where you will be responsible for designing and delivering global learning programs, strategizing business needs that combine live, digital and AI powered tools. You will also be responsible for actively supporting a learning culture, piloting new approaches to learning and partnering with platform teams to bring new experiences on a large scale. You will partner with senior L&D leaders as well as manage a small team of team and collaborate with HR and the C-Suite of this larger global media brand. We are seeking a highly technical, collaborative Director, whose passion and grit, will help drive global learning in this highly matrixed organization.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, 7 plus years' experience creating, designing and managing global L&D programs on an enterprise-level from the ground up, and the ability to work with global stakeholders. This is a very hands-on role, where collaboration and leadership accountability are required. Experience with AI and emerging technologies to elevate learning efficiencies are a must. We are seeking a hands-on, strategic and creative thinker with a deep understanding of modern learning methodologies.
