Remote, Flexible, Independent Role
Blue Shed Group is looking for experienced professionals with a background in leadership, people development, training, talent, communication, business growth or professional development.
This role may suit someone who has already built a successful career, but is now looking for more autonomy, flexibility and purpose in the way they work.
You may have experience in leadership development, learning and development, talent development, training, management, consulting, recruitment, business development, education, people leadership or professional services.
This is not a traditional salaried employment role. It is a remote, independent role for someone who is open to using their experience in a different way, supported by structured training, proven systems and a professional development-led environment.
What youβll do
π΅ Have professional conversations with suitable individuals
You will speak with people who are exploring change, growth, leadership, personal development and new professional direction.
π΅ Use your experience to understand people
Your background may help you recognise motivation, confidence, communication style, career transition, values and readiness for change.
π΅ Follow a clear structure
You will be supported with training, systems and a step-by-step process for introducing people to the model and helping them decide whether it is right for them.
π΅ Build consistent activity remotely
The role is flexible and remote, but it does require focus, consistency and the ability to take ownership of your own results.
What weβre looking for
β Experience in leadership, learning and development, talent development, training, recruitment, consulting, management, business development, education or professional services.
β Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust through calm, professional conversations.
β A genuine interest in leadership, mindset, personal growth and professional development.
β Confidence speaking with experienced professionals and asking clear qualifying questions.
β A reflective, self-led approach to work.
β The ability to follow a system, stay consistent and work independently.
What youβll gain
π Remote and flexible working structure.
π Structured onboarding and practical training.
π Access to personal development and leadership education resources.
π A professional environment focused on growth, ownership and long-term development.

π Performance-linked earning potential based on activity, consistency and results.
This may suit you if
You have reached a point in your career where success alone is no longer the full measure.
You may still enjoy people, leadership, development and meaningful conversations, but you are looking for more freedom in how you work.
You may be ready to move beyond fixed structures, internal politics or traditional career progression, and explore a more independent professional path.
This is not about starting again. It is about using your experience differently.
Important information
This is an independent contractor opportunity, not salaried employment. Earnings are performance-linked and not guaranteed. Full training and structured support are provided, but success depends on individual effort, consistency and suitability.
Applicants should be comfortable with remote working, self-directed activity, professional conversations and personal development.
