With a track record of leading complex change and improvement, you will bring strong expertise in workforce strategy and planning, organisational development, and employee engagement. You will be a values-driven leader, with strong communication and influencing skills, able to build trusted relationships and engage staff at all levels, ensuring that our people feel heard, supported, and inspired.
