About the Role
Abra 3 Consulting is seeking experienced professionals to join our team in a remote, independent contractor capacity. This role involves engaging with individuals interested in leadership and personal development programs while operating within a flexible, self-directed work structure.
Key Responsibilities
• Engage with individuals interested in leadership and personal development
• Conduct structured phone and virtual (Zoom) conversations
• Provide information about leadership and personal development programs and support individuals through the information and enrollment process
• Support clients in their development journey using established frameworks
• Participate in ongoing training and development sessions
• Manage your workflow independently while collaborating with a global tea
What We're Looking For
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Interest in leadership, mindset, and personal growth
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Organized and comfortable managing a flexible schedule
• Professional approach to relationship-building and client engagement
