The Learning & Development Coordinator will play a key role in supporting attorney development, training programmes, compliance processes, and learning initiatives across multiple international offices.

The Role
As a Learning & Development Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating training programmes, supporting compliance requirements, maintaining learning records, and ensuring attorneys receive the development support they need throughout their careers.
The Learning & Development Coordinator will work closely with attorneys, Knowledge Partners, HR professionals, and international colleagues to deliver an exceptional learning experience across the firm.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate firmwide training programmes and manage attendance across multiple offices.
- Track bar licence renewals, certifications, and compliance requirements across London, Paris, and Brussels.
- Monitor visa expiry dates and coordinate verification and renewal processes.
- Manage Learning & Development onboarding and offboarding activities.
- Support the administration and enhancement of the firm's Learning Management System (LMS).
- Coordinate Practice Group training sessions, including logistics, invitations, attendance tracking, and reporting.
- Assign and monitor completion of mandatory compliance training.
- Support associate review processes across European offices.
- Produce accurate training, compliance, and development reports.
- Manage accreditation applications for training programmes.
- Create and distribute training surveys and maintain training records.
- Provide departing attorneys with training histories and certification records.
- Maintain compliance trackers and training reports.
- Book external training programmes and monitor departmental expenditure.
- Support mentoring programmes, inclusion initiatives, and firmwide events.
- Process invoices and expense claims accurately and efficiently.
Skills and Experience
To be successful as a Learning & Development Coordinator, you will have:
- Degree-level education.
- Previous experience within Learning & Development, ideally gained within a professional services or law firm environment.
- Knowledge of legal compliance and bar requirements would be advantageous.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong organisational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple priorities.
- A proactive and solutions-focused approach.
- Exceptional attention to detail and record-keeping skills.
- The ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
