Syme Drummond is delighted to be partnering with a well-established and highly respected organisation to support the appointment of a Learning & Development People Partner

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Learning & Development professional to join a business at a particularly exciting point in its journe

Perhaps you started your career in HR and discovered a passion for Learning & Development along the
way.
Maybe you've found yourself increasingly drawn towards organisational learning and helping people reach their poten
tial.
If so, this could be an excellent next
step.
This isn't a traditional HR Business Partner role. Equally, it's not a purely delivery-focused Learning & Development pos
ition.
Instead, you'll sit at the intersection of HR, Learning & Development, organisational capability and business change, partnering with stakeholders across the organisation to identify skills gaps, develop practical learning solutions and support wider people init
iatives.

Financial Services experience would be highly advantageous; however, we're also keen to hear from individuals within other highly regulated sectors, as experience navigating regulatory frameworks and operating in a regulated environment is a key requirement fo
r this role.
Why this
opportunity? This is a chance to join a collaborative People team where ideas are welcomed, improvement is encouraged, and Learning & Development plays an important role in supporting the wi
der business.
You'll work alongside an experienced and highly regarded senior L&D leader, gaining exposure to a broad range of learning, capability and organisational development projects whilst helping shape the future of the organisation during a period of signi
ficant change.
If you're looking for a role where you can genuinely influence, improve and make an impact, we'd love to
hear from you.
