Based in the progressive Guildford area of Surrey, the Fraser Valley Real Estate Board (FVREB) is an association of nearly 5,000 real estate professionals who live and work in the BC communities of North Delta, Surrey, White Rock, Langley, Abbotsford, and Mission. The FVREB marked its 100-year anniversary in 2021.

The IDEAL Candidate
We are looking for a high-accountability execution lead to operationalize the Professional Development (PD) strategy and ensure programs are delivered at a consistently high standard. Ideally, you have:
- A college diploma or bachelor’s degree in Education, Adult Education, Instructional Design, Business Management, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 5+ years of experience supporting learning initiatives, professional development, or training programs, including teaching, facilitation, or learner support; with strong instructional design fundamentals grounded in adult learning principles and effective content structuring.
- Working knowledge of digital learning environments, including Learning Management Systems (LMS) and online learning tools.
- Understanding of operational processes and workflows, with demonstrated ability to document procedures clearly and accurately.
- Some experience in project management and identifying gaps or inefficiencies in processes and contributing to improvements.
- Exceptional customer service skills, with a learner‑centered approach that values responsiveness, clarity, and support within educational and professional development environments.

What You’ll Do
This role works in close partnership with the Manager, Professional Development, translating program direction into well-executed, high-quality learning experiences for our members and ensuring consistency across delivery. The incumbent will also be monitoring program performance, including participation, financials, delivery outcomes, and then provide insights and recommendations to support decision-making and program optimization.
- Ensure programs are delivered in a way that meets member expectations for quality, relevance, and accessibility.
- Use participant feedback and engagement data to inform improvements to the learner experience.
- Translate program direction and SME input into structured learning materials and delivery plans.
- Develop and maintain program documentation and SOPs
