This is a newly created role where you’ll play a key part in shaping a consistent, high-quality learning experience while driving colleague engagement and supporting our ambition to deliver a world-class patient and employee experience.
How You’ll Help Us Make Health Happen
You’ll take a hands-on role in supporting the delivery of impactful learning, working closely with teams across multiple sites.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Championing a consistent learning experience across multiple sites
- Facilitating engaging learning workshops that enhance behavioural skill, personal development and leadership capability
- Supporting the delivery of a world-class culture and engagement programme
- Delivering and continuously improving our corporate induction programme
- Leading and supporting internal events and engagement initiatives
- Partnering with stakeholders to understand needs and deliver tailored learning solutions
- Supporting learning content development, including blended and digital learning (e.g. PowerPoint, Articulate 365)
- Promoting a culture of continuous learning and professional growth
- Supporting compliance with mandatory and regulatory learning requirements within a healthcare environment
Key Skills/Qualifications Needed For This Role
You’ll be an engaging and adaptable L&D professional, confident working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
We’re Particularly Interested In Candidates Who Bring
- Proven experience in delivering high-quality learning and facilitation is essential
- A broad understanding of L&D, with experience across delivery and content creation is required
- Experience running workshops, events or engagement initiatives
- A strong focus on people skills, behaviours and customer experience
- The ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders
- Experience of psychometric assessment and profiling tools (e.g. Insights Discovery)
- Experience within healthcare, hospitals or customer-facing environments (desirable)
- A flexible, resilient approach with the ability to manage changing priorities and tight timescales
