Create digital learning that drives business value
At TDC Brands, we are improving how leaders and employees access, understand, and apply the people initiatives, processes, and tools that support our business today and prepare us for what comes next.
We are looking for a Digital Learning Specialist to design, develop, and improve digital learning solutions for leaders and employees across the organisation.
The role combines digital learning design, visual communication, storytelling, platform understanding, AI-enabled content development, and implementation. You will work across People & Culture’s areas of responsibility, including annual people processes, leadership programmes, wellbeing, health and safety, HR services, and other P&C initiatives.
A central part of the role is to partner with P&C experts who own the professional content and translate their knowledge into digital learning experiences that support understanding, adoption, behaviour change, and business impact.
The team
The role is part of People & Culture, Talent, Learning & Development.
The team works with leadership development, people development initiatives, learning experiences, and annual people processes in close collaboration with colleagues across P&C and the business.
We value professional dialogue, constructive challenge, and shared problem solving. At the same time, we prioritise trust, collaboration, and a healthy team dynamic.
Key Responsibilities
Develop digital learning solutions
Design and develop digital learning formats such as e-learning modules, videos, guides, micro-learning, digital toolkits, learning journeys, and other formats that make P&C initiatives clear, practical, and easy to apply.
Translate expert knowledge into learning
Work with P&C experts to understand their content, ask the right questions, structure the message, and translate it into engaging digital learning experiences.
Create Strong Visual And Narrative Learning Experiences
Use visual communication, graphic design principles, and storytelling to shape the flow, structure, language, and user experience of digital learning materials, aligned with the TDC Brands universe.
Explore AI-enabled learning
Use and explore AI tools to improve how digital learning is designed, produced, personalised, and maintained. This may include using AI to support content development, learning design, visual concepts, translation, quality improvement, and more efficient production workflows.
Improve access, structure, and impact
Structure learning content so it is easy to find, navigate, and maintain. Use learner feedback, platform data, and stakeholder input to improve quality, relevance, and impact over time.
What we are looking for
We are looking for relevant experience from digital learning, learning and development, instructional design, HR technology, communications, organisational development, or a related field.
Experience with digital learning solutions across teams, functions, or business areas is important, as well as the ability to turn complex topics and expert knowledge into clear learning concepts, practical formats, and useful digital materials.
The role requires a good understanding of how people learn, how digital formats can support understanding, adoption, and behaviour change, and how learning solutions create value in practice.
You are strong at working with subject matter experts. You can listen, challenge, structure, and simplify. You do not need to be the expert in every P&C topic yourself, but you need to understand the purpose, identify the learning need, and translate professional content into useful learning experiences.
You care about visual quality and know that layout, structure, and design choices influence the learning experience. You do not need to be a professional designer, but you should be able to apply basic principles of visual communication to create clear, professional, and engaging digital learning materials. You are also interested in using storytelling to make complex topics easier to understand, remember, and apply.
You are curious about AI and how it can improve digital learning, content production, user experience, and learning impact. You do not need to be an AI expert, but you should be interested in using new tools responsibly and practically to create better learning solutions.
Clear communication in English and Danish is required. Experience with digital learning tools, authoring tools, learning platforms, video tools, LMS solutions, Viva Learning, Articulate, Rise, Storyline, Canva, AI tools, or similar platforms is also relevant.
A structured and reliable way of working is important, with follow-through, attention to detail, and a focus on creating solutions that work in practice.
No candidate needs to match every part of the role perfectly. What matters most is relevant experience, good judgement, curiosity about new digital opportunities, and the ability to turn expert knowledge and P&C initiatives into digital learning solutions that are clear, useful, scalable, and valuable for the business.
