Your new role
As our new Learning and Talent Consultant, you will sit at the heart of our learning operating model. Partnering closely with the global subject matter experts and global business areas, you will diagnose capability needs and support the design and delivery of learning and talent solutions. You will join the Talent Experience team which provides an integrated approach to talent management, career growth and learning. We are responsible for the performance and development process, talent review and succession process, career development framework, learning and talent programmes. Our team is part of the Global Talent & Organisational Development Centres of Excellence that also include Leadership and Organisational Development, Strategic Workforce Planning, Engagement, EDI and Well-being. Your key responsibilities will be:
- Partner with business leaders, subject matter experts and HR Business Partners to identify capability needs and shape learning and talent solutions
- Translate strategic workforce priorities into practical, scalable development initiatives that support business performance
- Lead the design and delivery of learning and talent programmes, ensuring quality, consistency, and measurable impact
- Support shaping an end-to-end talent development ecosystem from early careers to senior leadership by creatively translating diverse talent needs into distinctive, scalable solutions
- Co-own and help operationalise our learning framework with high-quality standards and support consistent application across programmes and solutions
- Collaborate across Talent Experience and wider Centres of Excellence to align learning solutions with career, leadership, EDI and talent strategies.
- Use stakeholder insight, business priorities and external trends to continuously improve learning and talent offerings.
- Contribute to broader talent management initiatives based on interest and availability, for example knowledge and skills management or AI-based HR solutions for leaders and employees.
About You
- Proven experience delivering learning and talent development initiatives in a global, matrix organisational context
- Solid expertise in learning design, including needs analysis, solution development and quality standards across different formats
- You approach learning through a performance lens, anchoring solutions in the measurable outcomes and holding a clear line of sight between learning activity and measurable change in capability or performance
- Strong consulting and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to turn business needs into practical solutions
- Ability to lead programmes end-to-end, working effectively with senior stakeholders, external vendors and cross-functional teams
- Strong presence and energy, with the confidence to lead programmes and represent Ramboll credibly with diverse stakeholders, while remaining approachable and collaborative
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage, influence and build buy‑in by making complex topics clear and compelling
- Strong analytical and project management skills, with the ability to measure impact and drive continuous improvement
- Experience leveraging digital and AI‑enabled tools to enhance learning and talent development solutions
- Curious, continuous learner who stays up to date with trends, research and best practices in learning and talent development
- Fluent in English
- Master’s degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
