Enchanted Fairies is looking for a high-energy, tech-savvy Virtual Sales Trainer to support our remote Sales Team. In this role, you’ll lead live, camera-on Zoom training sessions, coach new Sales Consultants through role-plays, and help ensure they are confident and ready before moving into production.
This role is ideal for someone who loves training, enjoys sales, and can quickly learn systems well enough to teach them clearly to others.
What You’ll Do
- Facilitate live virtual training sessions over Zoom
- Train new Sales Consultants on sales scripts, workflows, systems, and client experience expectations
- Lead role-plays and provide clear coaching and feedback
- Maintain training scorecards and help assess readiness for production
- Manage and update training content within the LMS
- Partner with Sales Leadership and People Ops to support a smooth onboarding experience
- Keep training materials current as promotions and processes change
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in sales training, facilitation, enablement, or a high-performing sales role with training responsibilities
- Experience managing or supporting an LMS
- Strong virtual facilitation skills
- Comfortable coaching through live role-play and feedback
- Experience with CRM, sales, order, or invoicing systems
- Working knowledge of Google Workspace, Slack, and Zoom
- Comfortable using AI tools to improve efficiency and update content
Schedule
This is a fixed full-time schedule:
Wednesday–Sunday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM CST
A quiet, professional remote workspace is required.
