AgReserves is now hiring a creative and tech-savvy Learning & Development Specialist to join our corporate HR team!
Summary:
The Learning and Development Specialist supports the design, delivery, and management of employee training programs. It includes running the learning management system (LMS), creating and updating training content, and tracking training results to ensure programs are effective.
Responsibilities:
- Administer the LMS, including creating courses, uploading attendance records, running reports, and ensuring data accuracy.
- Design and develop courses using LMS tools to create effective and engaging learning experiences.
- Compile and analyze learning metrics, attendance records, and performance data.
- Develop and maintain Learning Paths tailored to specific roles and teams.
- Partner with HR and key stakeholders to align learning programs with organizational objectives.
- Produce and update high-quality curriculum and learning resources for online and in-person training.
- Assist with on-site and in-person training sessions, adapting to diverse learning environments.
- Utilize tools such as LMS platforms, MS Suite, eAuthoring tools (e.g., Camtasia, Articulate), Adobe Suite, and Canva to create visually appealing learning materials.
- Create and deliver communications and marketing materials to promote training programs and increase participation.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, IT, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in training design, development, and delivery.
- Proficiency with Learning Management Systems.
- Experience in creating curriculum, content, and deliverables for custom training programs.
- Instructional design experience preferred. Strong technical skills and ability to adapt to new technologies.
- Excellent collaboration, project management, and organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with clear, concise messaging.
- Demonstrated initiative, sound judgment, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to thrive in a team environment and build relationships across the organization.
- Spanish or Portuguese language skills a plus.
