Job Description

The Knowledge Specialist provides a pivotal role in capturing, organizing, and disseminating knowledge related to various aspects of program solutions. This position requires technical expertise in solutions, a commitment to user support and training, proficiency in data management and reporting, a focus on quality assurance and compliance, and strong collaboration and communication skills.

Location: This position will be based onsite in our Salt Lake City, UT office.

Job Duties

Captures, organizes, and maintains knowledge related to program solutions, technical expertise, user support, training materials, data management, reporting processes, SharePoint site administration, quality assurance protocols, and compliance requirements.
Develops and updates documentation, manuals, guides, and training materials to support users and stakeholders in utilizing program solutions effectively.
Provides technical expertise and support to users, troubleshoots issues, and delivers training sessions as needed.
Manages and maintains data repositories, ensuring data integrity, security, and accessibility.
Conducts quality assurance checks on program solutions, documentation, and processes to ensure compliance with university standards and regulatory requirements.
Fosters a culture of collaboration and communication within the Program Solutions Administration team and across relevant stakeholders.
Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Education, or related field.
Experience with online learning platforms, learning management systems (LMS), and educational technologies used in online and hybrid learning environments.

Preferred Qualifications

Demonstrated proficiency in program solutions, data management, Sharepoint administration, and user support/training.
Familiarity with quality assurance processes and compliance standards in higher education.
