The Role
The Vice President of Talent Management is a senior strategic leader responsible for designing and executing the enterprise-wide talent strategy for 24 Hour Home Care. Reporting to the Chief People Officer, this role oversees performance management, leadership development, succession planning, internal mobility, and organizational effectiveness initiatives that support long-term business growth and workforce capability. The Vice President of Talent Management partners closely with executive leadership to build scalable talent programs, strengthen leadership effectiveness, and drive a high-performance culture across the organization.
Primary Responsibilities
- Design and lead enterprise-wide talent management strategies including performance management, leadership development, succession planning, and internal mobility
- Develop scalable frameworks, tools, and processes that drive organizational performance, accountability, and leadership effectiveness
- Partner with executive leadership and HR Business Partners to identify talent gaps and implement targeted development strategies
- Utilize workforce analytics and talent data to inform strategic decisions, measure program effectiveness, and support business priorities
- Build and oversee learning and development initiatives that improve employee growth, manager capability, and organizational readiness
- Lead and develop the Talent Management team while fostering strong cross-functional partnerships across the People Team and business operations
- Drive organizational effectiveness initiatives that align talent strategy with long-term company growth and operational priorities
This is a primarily remote role, requiring individuals to come into the El Segundo office 1x per quarter.
What You Bring To The Table
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field required
- Master’s degree, MBA, SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or related professional certification strongly preferred
- 12+ years of progressive HR or talent management experience, including at least 5 years in senior leadership roles
- Proven experience designing and scaling enterprise-wide talent management programs in complex or high-growth organizations
- Experience with performance management, leadership development, succession planning, and workforce analytics
- Experience in healthcare, home care, or similarly regulated industries preferred
