Job Summary
This role will allow you to demonstrate and grow your experience in developing and executing on adult learning strategies in a dynamic environment. You will own the new LMS (Learning Management System) being implemented in early 2024, serving as both administrator and tool expert. You will have the opportunity to facilitate and reinforce training through in-person coaching sessions.
This position's internal job code is Business Ops Specialist. Our team is currently hiring for level 3-4.
Responsibilities
- Develop training modules and plans based on identified and provided business needs
- Assessment of the effectiveness of learning strategies
- Primary administrator of our new learning management system
- Engaging with first line and new leaders to better develop their leadership competencies
- Capture of appropriate data to feed metrics & reporting
- Mentoring, offer one-on one mentoring sessions to address individual learning needs
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in organizational development, education,human resources, or related field
- 4+ years of experience in leadership development, learning or training environment
- Familiarity with e-learning platforms and best practices
- Strong relationship-building, communication and project management skills
- Experience with corporate compliance practices for training
Preferred Qualifications
- Proven experience as an L&D specialist, trainer, or similar role (ability to assess training needs and formulate solutions)
- Ability to design and deliver interactive and impactful training programs
- Knowledge of various training methods (mentoring, coaching, on-the-job training, e-learning, workshops, simulations, etc.)
- Budget management;monitor the L&D budget, ensuring cost-effective delivery of all programs
- Mentoring;offer one-on one mentoring sessions to address individual learning needs
Please note that the salary information shown below is a general guideline only of what is reasonably expected to be paid for the position. Salaries are based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary Pay-Range
- Level 3: $93,500 - $137,500
- Level 4: $115,600 - $170,000
