Major Accountabilities
- Act as Lead Trainer by developing and implementing ADAR and/or ARM capabilities curriculum for assigned product launches, New Hire Training, & large-scale national meetings.
- Develop training programs, design curriculum, and provide education to enhance skillsets across NPS Neuroscience Field Teams.
- Produce and facilitate training workshops that address brand/TA specific needs, changing market conditions, and legal/or regulatory requirements.
- Establish learning environments that foster adult education and knowledge retention through dynamic facilitation techniques and innovative technologies.
- Work collaboratively with HQ Training Leadership, Field Leadership, external vendors, SMEs, Skills Trainers, and essential BU functions to create and execute plans. Integrate cross-functional feedback to ensure strategies, tactics, and investments are well-coordinated and aligned.
- Act as an NPS Neuroscience representative in collaborative training development and delivery efforts.
- Ensure curriculum supports learning objectives and is consistent with expectations.
- Act as an NPS Skills & Capabilities Training Team partner, supporting NPS initiatives and programs as assigned.
- Ensure all materials are approved and compliant, consistent with Novartis policies, MAP/FUSE/LEGAL approved.
- Identify and execute sustainability opportunities for each learning program and leverage the pre and post training metrics to measure impact on business outcomes.
Education & Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree
5-10+ Years Pharmaceutical Experience Required
Professional Training Experience in Past Roles (Training Program/Curriculum Design & Implementation/Facilitation)
ADAR/ARM/FRM, Access & Reimbursement Experience
NPS Neuroscience Experience
HQ Be Curious Rotation Experience in NPS
People Leader in Past Roles
Strong Buy and Bill Experience
Lean Six Sigma or Process Background
Program Management Experience
The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $152,,600 and $283,400.00/year; however, while salary ranges are effective from 1/1/25 through 12/31/25, fluctuations in the job market may necessitate adjustments to pay ranges during this period. Further, final pay determinations will depend on various factors, including, but not limited to geographical location, experience level, knowledge, skills and abilities. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment. If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
