CV Resources has partnered with a successful food manufacturing company seeking a Remote Recruiter to join their team!
This role will focus on full-cycle recruiting for manufacturing positions, supporting high-volume hiring across operations.
Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for manufacturing roles (production, warehouse, maintenance, etc.)
- Source, screen, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Partner with leadership to understand hiring needs and timelines
- Maintain candidate pipeline and provide regular updates
Requirements:
- 3+ years of recruiting experience within manufacturing environments
- Experience supporting high-volume hiring
- Strong communication and ability to work in a fast-paced setting
