What you will do: - Content & Creation
- Self-sufficient in the end-to-end L&D lifecycle: Knowledge of the ADDIE methodology to design, develop, and implement high-impact learning programs.
- Content Tools: Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office (specifically PowerPoint/Slides) to create visually compelling training materials.
- Multimedia Production: Proficient in the end-to-end technical process of video creation, from initial storyboarding to final export. Skilled at translating concepts into clean, organized digital content.
- Instructional Design: Ability to read and understand complex business processes and offer recommendations for pedagogical improvement.
- Process
- Strategic Alignment: Understands the organizational roadmap and how L&D initiatives contribute to overall business objectives.
- Project Management: Capability of prioritizing multiple design projects and workshops simultaneously.
- Agile Learning: Learns and applies modern software and tools quickly, keeping our training tech stack at the cutting edge.
- Evaluation: Estimates the impact of their own work and utilizes data to refine training efficacy.
- Impact
- Public Speaking & Facilitation: Demonstrates strong public speaking skills by delivering engaging presentations and workshops to diverse internal audiences.
- Quality Assurance: Reviews training materials for team members, providing in-depth comments on instructional flow and visual design.
- Independence: Develops new training features, modules, or onboarding enhancements with minimal supervision.
- Documentation: Produces quality technical documentation and maintains a robust internal knowledge base.
- Communication
- Active Collaboration: Participates in peer reviews and provides clear, actionable input to ensure project quality and alignment with team goals.
- Professional Context: Maintains a strong grasp of industry trends and terminology to ensure all produced content is accurate, relevant, and professional.
- Project Communication: Proactively communicates project status, identifies potential roadblocks early, and assists in adjusting timelines to ensure on-time delivery.
What we are looking for:
- Required: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Communications, Psychology, or related field, or equivalent years’ experience.
- Required: Minimum of 2 years of experience in Learning & Development or Instructional Design.
- Required: Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish
- Experience with ADDIE: Proven track record of applying instructional design models to real-world business problems.
- Presentation Skills: Experience designing high-end presentations in a professional environment.
- Video & Visuals: Experience with video editing software and professional storyboarding for digital learning.
- Public Speaking: Demonstrated ability to lead, command, and inspire an audience (virtual or in-person).
- Technical Savvy: Experience working with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office environments.
- Location: Based in Barcelona, Spain (or willing to relocate) to support our local and global teams.
- Desirable: Experience in the travel or fintech domain.
- Desirable: Instructional Design or Adult Learning Certificate
