The Role
As a Business Manager, you will be at the forefront of our recruitment efforts within the USA. Your expertise in sourcing, identifying, and placing high-quality candidates will be crucial in meeting the staffing needs of our clients. You’ll play a key role in driving growth and developing long-lasting relationships within the industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from initial client consultation to candidate placement, ensuring a seamless process for both clients and candidates.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the data centre market attending market events and offices across the world.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates, assessing their skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Advise clients on recruitment strategies, salary benchmarking, and market trends.
- Drive business development, identifying new opportunities and expanding our client portfolio.
- Work collaboratively with the wider recruitment team to share knowledge and best practices.
- Meet and exceed monthly and annual revenue targets.
Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant, working the USA market either in country or remotely
- Strong understanding of the built environment industry (construction, consultancy across Utilities, Transport, Buildings and Data Centres), including trends, key players, and industry needs.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Results-driven, with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
- A proactive approach to sourcing candidates and generating new business.
- Strong IT skills and familiarity with recruitment software and databases.
