The Role
As a Business Manager, you will be at the forefront of our recruitment efforts within the USA. Your expertise in sourcing, identifying, and placing high-quality candidates will be crucial in meeting the staffing needs of our clients. You’ll play a key role in driving growth and developing long-lasting relationships within the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full recruitment cycle, from initial client consultation to candidate placement, ensuring a seamless process for both clients and candidates.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the data centre market attending market events and offices across the world.
Source, screen, and interview candidates, assessing their skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Advise clients on recruitment strategies, salary benchmarking, and market trends.
Drive business development, identifying new opportunities and expanding our client portfolio.
Work collaboratively with the wider recruitment team to share knowledge and best practices.
Meet and exceed monthly and annual revenue targets.

Ideal Candidate:

Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant, working the USA market either in country or remotely
Strong understanding of the built environment industry (construction, consultancy across Utilities, Transport, Buildings and Data Centres), including trends, key players, and industry needs.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Results-driven, with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
A proactive approach to sourcing candidates and generating new business.
Strong IT skills and familiarity with recruitment software and databases.
