In this role, you will operate at the intersection of strategy, data, and capability building, shaping how organizations learn, evolve, and perform at scale. You will work in international environments, partnering with leading brands to design future-ready learning ecosystems that translate business strategy into measurable impact through skills, behaviors, and performance.
Your Tasks
- You shape learning as an integral part of transformation, with end-to-end ownership from strategic design to global rollout
- You design global governance and steering models for international training organizations, including KPI frameworks and reporting mechanisms
- You build Target Operating Models for Learning & Development with clear roles, responsibilities, and decision logics
- You define KPI catalogs and audit standards that enable global comparability and data-driven decisions
- You facilitate international workshops and manage stakeholders from business units to executive management
- You validate solution approaches with pilot markets and ensure global implementability under varying market conditions
- You develop strategic options and prepare management decisions in a structured way
Your Profile
- At least 2 years of experience in L&D, HR, Change, or Transformation—either in consulting or a comparable in-house role
- Confident in contributing to and leading projects, workstreams, or initiatives
- Strong communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to confidently engage diverse stakeholders from business units to management
- An analytical, structured, and pragmatic working style, including ownership and results orientation
- Proven experience in building or further developing academies, enablement programs, or learning structures
- Familiarity with governance, operating models, and steering logics in the L&D context
- Hands-on experience with digital learning formats, LMS/LXP, and modern learning technologies (ideally including AI-supported tools)
- A strong interest in leveraging learning as a driver for transformation and organizational development
- Strong customer orientation as well as excellent German and English skills (at least C1); fluent Spanish skills are a plus
