Accountabilities
- Serve as a strategic proxy for the CEO and executive team in key meetings, making sound judgment calls and escalating critical matters when needed
- Lead cross-functional strategic initiatives from planning through implementation, ensuring momentum and successful delivery
- Prepare board materials, executive updates, and investor communications with high attention to detail and strategic clarity
- Analyze business performance, financial models, and operational metrics to support informed decision-making
- Build accountability mechanisms across teams, ensuring deadlines, ownership, and outcomes are consistently met
- Convert complex or ambiguous situations into clear frameworks, memos, presentations, and decision-ready recommendations
- Coordinate internal communication flows and translate sensitive or complex updates for different stakeholder audiences
- Protect leadership bandwidth by managing priorities, filtering noise, and handling sensitive matters with discretion
- Improve operational efficiency by integrating AI tools and automation into workflows where relevant
Requirements
- 2-4 years of high-impact professional experience in strategy, operations, consulting, startup leadership support, or related fields
- Proven experience owning outcomes in fast-scaling or high-growth business environments
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with ability to build financial models and executive presentations independently
- Native or near-native fluency in both German and English, written and spoken
- Strong analytical skills with confidence interpreting financial and operational data
- Demonstrated ability to operate with discretion and handle confidential information professionally
- Excellent project management skills with a track record of driving initiatives through resistance or complexity
- Strong executive presence and communication skills across leadership and company-wide audiences
- High adaptability, resilience, and comfort operating in ambiguous environments
- Practical experience using AI tools to improve productivity, workflows, or decision-making processes
