About the Role:
We’re looking for a true 360 recruiter who can run a full desk—business development, client management, and candidate delivery. This is not a plug-and-play recruiting role. You’ll be expected to build relationships, win work, and deliver talent across some of the most competitive sectors in construction.
If you’ve worked in fast-paced, high-demand markets like data centers or industrial construction, you already know—speed, credibility, and follow-through matter.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and grow client relationships within construction markets (GCs, subs, developers)
- Drive new business through outbound calls, meetings, and referrals
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from intake to placement
- Source and place candidates across:
- Data Center / Mission Critical
- Industrial & Manufacturing
- Food & Beverage
- Cold Storage
- MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing)
- Negotiate offers, manage expectations, and close deals
- Maintain consistent pipeline activity (calls, meetings, submissions, placements)
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of recruiting experience (agency strongly preferred)
- Proven ability to generate new business and close placements
- Experience recruiting within construction or adjacent industries
- Comfortable working a full desk—this is not a split role
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Competitive mindset with a track record of hitting goals

Pay: $60,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
