- Focuses on executing professional development strategies that align with the overall Dynamic Learning Community strategy, such as operationalizing learning initiatives to support career and professional pathways within the organization
- Lead matrixed project teams to implement organizational learning strategies across the enterprise
- Collaborate with the Senior Manager to operationalize and execute learning initiatives, programs, and professional development.
- Provide strategic consulting, nurturing alliances, and bridging gaps in learning and development strategies to support the Dynamic Learning Community, learning leaders and teams .
- Collaborate with learning stakeholders to analyze learning needs and provides educational assistance support to regional learning teams.
- Maintain professional knowledge of innovative and current practices in the areas of learning science and professional development
- Serve as a trusted strategic partner, delivering organizational change with regional/divisional committees and leadership to establish educational assistance program goals and guidelines, as well as provides recommendations for enhancement
- Performs needs assessment through surveys, interviews, focus groups, and/or consultation with managers, consultants, or others to identify opportunities and to develop learning programs, on-line tools, and resources
- Develops appropriate metrics and tracking mechanisms to build accountability and measure results; provides feedback to operational leaders regarding utilization of learning and development programs.
- Collaborate with People and Culture teams to integrate professional development initiatives into talent management processes to strengthen talent pipeline.
- Cultivate relationships with external training providers, professional organizations, and educational institutions to leverage external resources for career development initiatives.
- Develops workforce plans and forecasts programming requirements related to career planning and learning opportunities
- Act as the principal point of contact for organizational stakeholders with questions about learning, development, and educational assistance programs
- Develop and execute a comprehensive communication strategy for learning initiatives to enhance organizational agility
- Operationalizes full life-cycle learning strategies, including assessment, implementation, sustainment, and impact analysis, leveraging our existing cultural foundation to drive optimal results and business outcomes
- Lead the expansion of certification programs across the enterprise.
- Supports the development and operationalizes team member skills across the enterprise.
- Serves as the client relationship manager for our educational assistance partner, Guild; collaborates across the organization to optimize the team member experience with educational assistance.
- Functions as project manager to operationalize learning and development strategic plans
- Develops and executes change management plans in the support of our learning initiatives
Education And Experience Required
The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:
- Bachelor's Degree in Learning, Organizational Development, Education, Business, Healthcare, or Related Field
- 5 years of professional experience in education or learning/training related field, with emphasis on career development, learning program management, talent development, organizational development; experience with using technology to add to the educational experience
- Previous experience in progressive management leading teams and individuals to high performance
- Knowledge and demonstrated experience for learning in healthcare
- Support the analysis of workforce data to identify opportunities to optimize organizational learning and development
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Proficient use of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Sharepoint, and Teams
- Executive-level presentation skills/facilitation skills
- Detail-oriented, excellent planning and organization skills, strong project management skills, ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Adept at establishing partnerships and building relationships.
- Ability to think strategically and critically in developing practical solutions
- Knowledge of change management best practices
Education And Experience Preferred

Licensure, Certification, Or Registration Required
- Certified Professional in Talent Development (APTD/CPTD), Change Management, Project Management Certification (PMP), or equivalent knowledge
Licensure, Certification, Or Registration Preferred
- Change Management Certification (PROSCI)
- Curriculum design and/or facilitation certification
- Coaching, Counseling or Career Center Certification
- Certification in Human Performance Improvement
