VALiNTRY360, a Salesforce Implementation Partner, is seeking a Remote Change Management & Training Lead to drive adoption and business outcomes across enterprise Salesforce implementations. This role is critical to ensuring that technology investments translate into measurable user adoption, process alignment, and sustained organizational change.
As a client-facing consultant, you will act as a strategic partner to business and technology leaders—owning the people side of transformation. You will design and execute change and training strategies that reduce resistance, accelerate adoption, and embed new ways of working. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, with direct impact on project success and client satisfaction.
- Own and lead change management and training workstreams across multiple Salesforce implementation engagements
- Define and execute change strategies aligned to business objectives, including stakeholder engagement, communications, and adoption metrics
- Conduct impact assessments, readiness analyses, and stakeholder mapping to inform targeted interventions
- Develop and implement structured change plans covering sponsorship, communications, training, and reinforcement
- Design and deliver scalable training programs (instructor-led, virtual, and on-demand) tailored to diverse user groups
- Create high-impact enablement assets, including job aids, playbooks, and eLearning content
- Facilitate workshops, executive briefings, demos, and feedback sessions to drive alignment and engagement
- Establish and track adoption KPIs; analyze feedback and performance data to continuously optimize outcomes
- Partner cross-functionally with project managers, solution architects, and business teams to ensure alignment between system delivery and user readiness
- Coach leaders and change champions to build internal ownership and sustain change beyond go-live
- 5+ years of experience in change management, training, or organizational development within technology or digital transformation programs
- Demonstrated success leading change workstreams in Salesforce or similar enterprise system implementations
- Strong working knowledge of structured change methodologies (e.g., Prosci ADKAR, Kotter, McKinsey 7S)
- At least one active Salesforce certification
- Proven ability to design and deliver effective adult learning and enablement programs
- Excellent executive-level communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working within Agile and/or hybrid project delivery environments
- Ability to manage multiple engagements and operate effectively in a client-facing consulting role
- Strong analytical, planning, and documentation skills
- Prosci or equivalent Change Management certification
- Experience with digital adoption platforms and learning tools (e.g., WalkMe, Articulate 360, Camtasia, Microsoft Viva Learning)
- Prior consulting experience in Salesforce or enterprise SaaS environments
- Healthcare industry experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field
- High emotional intelligence with the ability to influence across all organizational levels
- Strategic mindset with the ability to translate complex initiatives into clear user value
- Strong executive presence and credibility in client-facing settings
- Adaptable, resourceful, and comfortable operating in fast-paced environments
- Results-oriented with a focus on adoption, outcomes, and measurable impact
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Education, Organizational Development, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- At least one active Salesforce certification is required
- Advanced degrees or certifications in Change Management, Training, or Organizational Psychology are a plus
