About The Opportunity
Our client, a leader in the Healthcare/Biotech industry, is looking for a skilled
Learning and Development Associate to join their team for a part-time, short-term engagement. This project involves supporting the company's significant growth by building out the Learning & Development function and driving the implementation and expansion of their new Learning Management System (LMS). This is a high-impact role that requires a self-motivated professional who can hit the ground running and deliver results quickly.
Key Responsibilities & Deliverables
This role is focused on the successful completion of specific tasks and deliverables. Your responsibilities will include:
- LMS Content & Administration: Managing content and programs within the SuccessFactors LMS, including creating, assigning, and monitoring courses, programs, and curriculums.
- System Enhancement: Partnering with stakeholders to enhance and implement features within the SuccessFactors LMS, such as calendar integration, auto-generated communications, and optimizing facilitator usage.
- Content Creation: Creating virtual/eLearning training and assignments using Articulate software, and supporting the creation of reference guides and job aids for L&D projects.
- Program Support: Supporting enrollment and attendance tracking, as well as providing technical support for the Beam mentorship program and Chronus mentorship software.
- Reporting & Analytics: Developing and deploying re-occurring reports and analyzing both qualitative and quantitative data to develop metrics related to Learning and Development.
Required Skills & Experience:
We are looking for someone with a proven track record of successful contract engagements. The ideal candidate will have:
- 3–5 years of experience in an L&D or related HR role.
- Familiarity with building out an LMS system and/or integration experience.
- Experience with SuccessFactors is helpful but not mandatory.
- Experience creating training content with eLearning software, such as Articulate (inferred).
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and manage your own time effectively to meet project goals.
- Strong communication skills to provide clear and concise status updates to internal stakeholders.
