What You’ll Be DoingThis role sits right at the centre of our growth plans.
You’ll:
- Lead the Group L&D strategy across all divisions
- Build and launch our L&D Centre of Excellence
- Own and optimise the Learning Management System (LMS)
- Design and deliver management & leadership training
- Develop and scale a Group-wide apprenticeship programme (maximising levy use)
- Ensure all compliance training is delivered effectively across the business
- Work closely with the SLT and key stakeholders to shape development plans
- Track, report, and improve training effectiveness and ROI
In short—you’ll take L&D from fragmented to
structured, measurable, and impactful.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven background in Learning & Development leadership
- Experience implementing or managing an LMS
- Strong understanding of apprenticeships and training frameworks
- Confident working with senior stakeholders across multiple business units
- Able to build structure in a fast-moving, evolving environment
- Commercially aware – understands how L&D links to business performance
- Data-driven with the ability to measure impact, not just deliver training
- Full UK driving licence (travel required)
