We are seeking a motivated and results-driven CDL Driver Recruiter to help source and recruit qualified CDL drivers in the Oklahoma City area. This is a 1099 contract opportunity ideal for experienced recruiters, transportation professionals, or individuals with strong connections in the trucking industry.
You will be responsible for identifying, screening, and referring qualified CDL drivers for placement. This role offers high earning potential with commission paid at multiple stages of the hiring process.
Pay Structure
- $1,000 per driver recruited
- $300 paid after the driver completes onboarding
- $250 paid after the driver completes their first 2 weeks
Total potential earnings: $1,550 per successful driver placement
Responsibilities
- Source and recruit qualified CDL drivers in the Oklahoma City region
- Screen candidates to ensure they meet basic CDL requirements
- Communicate job details and coordinate with drivers throughout the hiring process
- Submit qualified candidates for onboarding
- Maintain communication with candidates until they begin driving
Qualifications
- Previous CDL recruiting experience preferred
- Knowledge of the trucking industry is a plus
- Strong communication and networking skills
- Ability to independently source qualified drivers
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
